      Rate - 1400 sq ft (for normal house )

          luxury -  1500/2200 sq ft 
                                   1400 x 1000 =14,00000/- rs 

1) Labour cost - 25%      = 3,50,000/

2) Brick work - 12%      = 1,68,000

3) Cement cost - 13%  = 1,82,000

4) Steel - 10%  =  1,40,000

5) Door or window - 12%  = 1,68,000

6) Electric work - 8%  = 1,12,000

7) Sand and Aggrigate - 5%  = 70,000

8) Water and severage work - 12%  = 1,68,000

9) Extra - 3%   = 42,000


  total cost = 14,00000/-
